The Isles of Scilly seems to be a location that once visited people return to time and time again for its unique character, mild climate, beautiful beaches and tranquillity.  For those of you have not been to the islands before, St. Mary’s is the principle island but all the neighbouring inhabited islands are well worth visiting.  The islands enjoy equable climate, spring comes early and this enjoyable climate makes the islands ideal with early and late season holidays.

Porthmellon Cottage is a large three bedroomed detached granite house built over 200 years ago well situated for all amenities and opposite Porthmellon beach and has the benefit of a garden.







There are sea views from all three double/twin bedrooms and the living room. The house is comfortably furnished and spacious, the living/dining room being 30ft. long.  Sleeping up to six it is suitable for both couples and families. We regret that we do not take children under the age of 5.

We have been having lots of work carried out to the cottage over the winter period to include new glass sided staircase, new carpets in most of the rooms and new leather sofas in our living room so have only just started to take bookings for 2013.
