Porthmellon Cottage is a large detached granite house built over 200 years ago well situated for all amenities and opposite Porthmellon beach.
There are sea views from all three bedrooms and the living room. The house is comfortably furnished and spacious, the living/dining room being 30ft. long. Sleeping up to six it is suitable for both couples and families. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.
The sleeping arrangements are one bedroom with double bed, and two bedrooms with twin beds. Bed linen and teatowels are provided. There is a downstairs cloakroom and a new bathroom upstairs which has an electric shower over the bath and there is also a wash basin in the double bedroom.
For off-season bookings there is the added advantage of night storage heating provided free of charge. The cottage stands in its own garden and has a summerhouse. Sorry but we do not accept pets or children under 5 years of age.
